• Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Secure Delivery: Please do not share OTPs or confirmation codes with anyone until you’ve physically received your parcel.

• Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order if the product is:
  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or malfunctioning
  • Incorrect item sent
• Conditions for Return:
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All accessories, tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
  • An unedited parcel unboxing video is compulsory as proof to raise any dispute. Without that, any claims will not be validated.
• Return Process:
  • Contact our support team at care@auxa.in with your order ID and issue details
  • Our team will arrange for return pickup or guide you through the return process
  • After receiving the item, we will inspect its condition
• Refund Policy:
  • Once the returned item passes inspection, we will process a 100% refund
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our end
• Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product color, or minor delays in delivery.
