1. Shipping Policy
At AUXA® RETAILS, we aim to deliver your products promptly and safely across India.
1.1 Delivery Coverage:
- We ship to most cities and towns across India using trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, and others.
1.2 Delivery Timelines:
- Delivery for Metro cities may take 2–3 business days
- For Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities it may take 4–7 business days
- And Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Also During Festival season, Rains, and Natural Calamities shipping companies may take longer than usual time for delivery.
1.3 Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
1.4 Shipping Charges:
- Shipping is free for most products unless stated otherwise.
- For bulky or large orders, shipping fees may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
1.5 Delays & Non-Delivery:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect shipping addresses.
- Ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping charges.
2. Delivery Verification
- You may be asked to share an OTP at the time of delivery. Please do so only after physically receiving the package.
- Check the parcel condition before accepting. Do not accept tampered or damaged packages.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Here’s how cancellations are handled:
3.1 Before Shipping:
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- To cancel, contact our support team at care@auxa.in or WhatsApp us at +91 87670 22999.
3.2 After Shipping:
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, you may wait for the delivery partner to arrive and reject the parcel at your doorstep with OTP verification. In case of prepaid order, we will refund you once we get the return confirmation from the courier partner.
3.3 Order Rejection:
- If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, they may not be eligible for future Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
3.4 Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen reasons like:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
