At AUXA® RETAILS, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for purchases made on www.auxa.in.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The return request is initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
- It is compulsary to provide a clear, unedited parcel unboxing video as proof, showing the issue with the product. Without a Parcel opening video any of the Claims will not be entertained
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-returnable'.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at care@auxa.in within 2 days of delivery.
- Share the order ID, reason for return, and an unboxing video.
- Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
- Pack the product securely with all accessories and labels.
- Once received, we will inspect the product.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product in its original condition with all accessories as sent by us or our seller, we will inspect it for any damages or missing parts.
- If the returned product passes the inspection successfully, we will initiate a 100% refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of successful inspection. Once processed, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 1–2 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
- You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund has been initiated.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
- If you need a replacement, please initiate a return by reaching us at care@auxa.in and place a new order after the refund is processed.
