- An unedited parcel unboxing video is compulsory as proof to raise any dispute. Without that, any claims will not be validated.

- After receiving the item, we will inspect its condition
- Refund Policy:
- Once the returned item passes inspection, we will process a 100% refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our end
